The Raymond-Casco Historical Society (RCHS) is a charitable, educational & non-profit organization which devotes its resources to the collection, preservation and interpretation of materials which document the history of Raymond & Casco.

RCHS meetings are held on the second Monday of each month (except in August & December) at 7:00 pm.  Meetings are held at our museum, located on Route 302, almost to the Naples line in Casco. The museum has a magnificent painted mural depicting the Raymond steamboat dropping off passengers at the boat landing, and the Casco Stagecoach line picking them up.  The RCHS is actively seeking new members; please consider coming to the next meeting.

The museum’s Grand Opening was held in July 2008.  It is open by appointment only, during the winter.  Spring, summer & winter hours are still to be determined.  Donations are suggested.

The society is also seeking donated items, which relate to the history of Raymond and Casco.  To donate, please contact the historical society at info@raymondcascohistory.org or contact a RCHS Collections Committee member at; 207.655.2438 (Pam); or 207.756.3533 or 207.655.2194 (Skip).
