The Select Board will hold an Executive Session with the Interim Town Manager and Town Legal Counsel pursuant to 1 MRSA § 405(6)(E) - Consultation with Legal Counsel on roles and responsibilities of the Board and training to fulfill the FOAA requirements.

The Regular Select Board meeting will follow immediately after this session concludes, or at 6pm - whichever is later.
